Blue Woman Art is the home of my creative work. It's a collection that shifts between the natural and the abstract, the quiet and the bold. I work across mediums: photography, glass fusion, acrylics, pixel fingerpainting- reshaping images at the tiniest microlevel until they become something new, almost like painting with light.
The name, Blue Woman Art, comes from one of my favorite pieces, Blue Woman and Dog.
What connects these different forms is curiosity. I'm drawn to texture, light, and patterns. I don't stay in one lane. Instead, I follow what pulls at me- a shard of glass, a fleeting shadow, quilling, I get sidetracked easily, I am a bit "Squirrel! Squirrel!"
Every piece here is original and comes directly from my hand, my lens, my heart, or my process.
I also play piano and flute, write, and draw inspiration from family, friends, and travel. All of these passions feed the work you see here.
